  • When will my order be shipped?
All orders, including personalized orders, typically ship the same or next business day. 

  • How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE for all U.S. orders! 

  • What Shipping Carrier do you use?
All orders are shipped via the USPS First Class Mail (FREE shipping option).  

  • Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order had been shipped, you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking number.  

  • How long does delivery take?
The approximate delivery time is calculated based on overall delivery statistics - 3-8 business days. However this time may be different for each shipment (season).   

  • I need my order sooner - within 3 to 5 business days. Is this possible?
Yes, please choose a preferred shipping method during checkout:
- USPS Priority Mail - 3 - 5 business days
- UPS Ground - 3 - 5 business days
- USPS Express Mail - 1 - 2 business days  

  • Can I change my order?
After you receive a notification email that your order has been shipped, no changes can be made to the order.  

  • What are your return/exchange policies?

  • Can I add a custom name/date/message to an item?
- SURE! Some of our products can be custom engraved - click here. Choose an item, click on "Personalize it", select a font and enter your requested text in the box that appears. Contact us for logo engraving.  

  • Why has my order not been shipped (or has been canceled)?
If you provide an invalid shipping address we will contact you ASAP and your order will not be shipped until we receive a valid address. If you do not answer, your order will be canceled after a few days.
