When will my order ship?

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the shipping method, destination, carrier conditions, and time of year.

Standard U.S. delivery typically takes several business days after shipment, but carrier delays can occasionally occur.

If you need your order by a specific date, please choose an expedited shipping option at checkout when available.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because personalized items are often engraved shortly after the order is placed, changes may not be possible once production has started.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Return eligibility depends on whether the item is personalized and on the reason for the return.

Can I personalize an item with a name, rank, date, or other text?

Many Smoky Tree products can be personalized.

On eligible product pages, click Personalize It and enter the available customization details for that item.

Personalization options vary by product because engraving space is limited.

Can you engrave a logo?

Logo engraving may be available for some products depending on the design and engraving area.

Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether your logo can be engraved on the item you want.

What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If we notice an incomplete or invalid shipping address before shipment, we may contact you for clarification.

Orders cannot be shipped until we have a valid delivery address. If we are unable to reach you, the order may need to be canceled.

Are personalized items made in the U.S.?

Smoky Tree personalizes and engraves eligible products in the U.S. Product origin varies by item and is disclosed on the relevant product page where applicable.
